Regenerate the target: First, attempt to regenerate your target. Make sure to double-check if you want to use an already generated target or an .srt/.vtt as source for your subtitles. Users can regenerate a target by clicking on the three dots next to the target and selecting “regenerate” from the dropdown menu.

Check project status: If your project remains stuck in the “Generating subtitles” status or if subtitles are still not generating correctly after recreating the project, it might indicate a deeper issue.
