Upgrading from a Free Account

If you currently have a Free account, follow these steps for a seamless upgrade.

1. Log into your account:

• Start by logging into your Matesub account.

2. Navigate to account settings:

• Once logged in, click the icon located at the top right corner of your screen to open the dropdown menu.
• From the menu, select “Upgrade plan”.

3. Choose a new plan:

• Review the different plans available and select the one that best fits your requirements. Matesub offers a variety of plans with different features and minute allowances to suit diverse user needs.

4. Confirm the upgrade:

• After selecting your plan, follow the prompts to confirm the upgrade. You will be required to enter your payment information.

Once your payment is processed, you will instantly gain access to the features and minutes of your new plan.

Upgrading from a Pro or Team Account

If you are currently on a Pro or Team account, use these steps to upgrade your subscription:

1. Log into your account:

• Begin by logging into your Matesub account.

2. Navigate to the Plan overview section:

• Look for the Plan overview section on the bottom left of your dashboard.
• Click the “i” button to open a pop-up window.
• In the pop-up, select “Upgrade your plan”.
• You will be redirected to the “Change your plan” page, where you can select your desired plan by clicking “Upgrade your Pro/Team plan.”

Billing Adjustments:
The price difference between your current plan and your new plan will be charged immediately upon upgrade. Your existing billing cycle will remain the same, and future invoices will simply reflect the new plan’s cost.
