What to do if your card payment is declined
Check your card details: Start by ensuring that all the card details you entered are correct. This includes the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.
Verify card status: If your card is declined, it could be due to it being expired or having insufficient funds. Contact your bank to confirm the status of your card and ensure it is active. If your card is expired, use an alternative card to complete your transaction.
Wait for automatic retries: Don’t worry if the payment doesn’t succeed immediately. Our system will continue to attempt the payment for up to 7 days. During this period, try to resolve the issue with your bank or card provider.
Downgrade process: If the payment is still unsuccessful after 7 days, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan. In case you were on a Team Plan, all your shared workspace projects will collapse into your personal workspace. You will retain access to your projects, but you may lose certain premium features.
